iOS and Android devices are not currently supported.

How to print

Each printer has a USB cable connected to it, with a “Printer” label on it. A USB-C adapter is also attached to the cable, for Mac and Windows devices made in the last 5 years.

Plug in the cable to your device, and open the settings app to add the printer.

Troubleshooting

  1. Make sure the printer is plugged in and turned on.

  2. Make sure the paper drawer on the printer is full.

  3. Make sure there are no error messages on the screen.

  4. If the printer still won’t print, contact IT support by clicking the blue speech bubble icon in the bottom right.
