Dylan has been with Cobscook Institute since 2016, when they joined as an AmeriCorps VISTA member, serving for 3 years before becoming a full time staff member. Dylan now manages IT and works in communications, keeping Cobscook’s technology running, working on our web presence and social media, and helping to design publications and materials as part of our Design Studio.

Dylan grew up in Brunswick Maine, and has lived in Washington County since 2012. As an alum of Cobscook Experiential Program, Dylan is inspired by the transformative experience the program provides for youth, and is proud of the work we do in this program and all areas of the organization. Dylan thrives being creative, both digitally through graphic design, photography and video, and physically with pottery.

Dylan is passionate about climate activism, and part of his work at Cobscook is to decrease our carbon footprint through new technologies. Dylan is also passionate about advocating for LGBTQ2IA+ rights, is a member of the Downeast Rainbow Alliance, and believes it’s our responsibility to create an inclusive and affirming space that supports people for who they are.
